International Seminar on Polymer Materials in Environmental and Climate Protection

The seminar is organized by the Centre of Polymer and Carbon Materials of the Polish Academy of Sciences on July 17, 2025 (Thursday) and is funded by the NAWA ‘Welcome to Poland’ project, supported by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (Project No. BNP/WTP/2023/1/00015).

Join Us an International Seminar on Polymer Materials in Environmental and Climate Protection!

We warmly invite PhD students to participate in an international seminar dedicated to the role of polymer materials in environmental and climate protection. This unique scientific event will combine the latest knowledge in the field of polymer chemistry, recycling technologies, and ecological innovations with the exchange of experiences.

The event will offer an opportunity to learn about scientific and technological advancements in biodegradable and sustainable plastics, as well as innovative methods for their recycling and reuse. Special attention will also be given to practical applications in agriculture and technologies that support water retention and soil protection.

During oral presentations and the poster session, participants will have the opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences with experts, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and the joint pursuit of ecological solutions.

We are looking forward to meeting you in Zabrze
